why are you making this baseless claim that they are submitting an ANDA?
please read the extract I have copied below from the FDA website for ANDA. You make this submission for generic drugs that are the same compound, same mode of delivery, same health outcome. clearly of no relevance to us. eg a Chemists own version of Voltaren.
Can we now all agree that as per company announcements they are pursuing an NDA and are therefore seeking a minimum of three years exclusivity? can we now all agree there is a strong IP business case of significant value being pursued?
any further attempts to dispute this just undermine what little credibility you have
