No new contracts in the last 5 months or so I think is the problem. If it closes below $1 it could keep dropping I suspect. They need to get new business to instill shareholder confidence, as this year has essentially been consolidating the purchase of Client Outlook and servicing existing contracts rather than getting new business for growth. I assume their recent hire of a senior Sale executive is to try and overcome their apparent inability to get new contracts.
