    There is a hint of truth in their statements:
    - good product development requires time and right skilled staff (very costly)
    - with a small company selling a new product, it pays to make sure the product is reliable and not just meets but exceeds client expectations
    - skipping on product features and quality, would cause client disappointments and loss of contract, however spending time and money on time on the product would upset shareholders
    - by the sounds of it's a complex program and requires considerable investment on the part of clients to adopt (takes time)

    Is there any possibility of a buy out , by a major??
