Shebangu has come out and shouted to the heavens nationalisation is not ANC policy Bill.
They are stdying FORMS of nationalisation,BUT,the BBBEE system is in fact a semi form of nationalisation.
Thing is Bill,the ANC have said it would be unconstitutional for the Government to alter laws so that the people could simply takover any privately owned/run assets without financially compensating those companies.
Now all we have to do is look at the fact that the majority of BEE companies WILL NOT have the capacity to pay back their loans they have req'd to initiate their 26% ownership within 10 years,let alone 5.
Lets look at the SIOC-cdt case.
They have paid back for their shareholding within 4 years.
Moto of the story is,get yourself linked with a big profitable company if an aspiring BBBEE.
Interesting then that SIOC-cdt has decided to take up with Continental as their first big BBBEE foray into the mining industry.What are THEY SEEING that the market isnt???
