Agree with that call. Why get out with penny ante stuff if there is a realistic possibility that you can still convert when the price is 20c or more? Any conversion is dilutional as well meaning you convert and immediately drop the price.
Lastly my interpretation of the restructuring of debt was that there needs to be shareholder approval of anyone taking a greater than 20% stake in the company through share issuance which pretty much puts the kibosh on a complete warrant exercise?
