looks like holders will get the chance to load up at 10 cents through the capital raising.same price as the institutional placement.
do you average down,or is the 10 cents like buying into the float of a part of bassgass with the old inp thrown in?.
seems to be a good price for new holders,and old holders can only avoid the cost of dilution by loading up with more inp at the 10 cent price.
is 10 cents cheap?.
