ANZ can ask Forge for anything up to a total of 11,200,000 shares at a cost of one cent each, any time in the next three years.

This company was valued on Skaffold at over ten dollars prior to this...it had (and still has) a ton of work coming up.
Hopefully it can restore its good name and SP(our dough!)over the next couple of years.
I'm in on CFD's, paying holding costs, so it can't happen quick enough for me.
