Yes you're right Moosey we shouldn't look at anything in isolation..
I spoke to Richard Tacon approximately 5 months ago and one of his biggest concerns he had was that it was difficult to get the interests of larger broken houses and financial institutions without the ability to trade any great volumes.
The issue being that all those people that hold any volume didn't want to part with it Richard's words not mine.
Perhaps the 34000000 is a sign of steps in the right direction in relation to this problem.
