Its hard to disassociate Richard from being a the cause of problem (that he apparently presented as being concerned about)... converting the RCPS simply placed/tied up more shares in the hands of those large holders. It's difficult to believe it was/is a concern of paramount importance anyway given there's been no standalone investor relations manager appointed.

I do not agree with the way this company is being marketed at all.

In the same telephone call he gave his opinion that the shares were worth 30 cents each; ergo Richards policy of under promise; is only achieving in underachieving in delivering Richards own stated fair value for each share.

I can only hope the has achieved moving the said shares into the hands of someone that might sell a few as that was his major concern for the share price..
