Im not predicting it’s going to happen, but I would be interested in seeing a chartists comparison of the current period from 1987. I wasn’t in the market back then, but from what I understand the period through June-August in 1987 was similar to now, where this was just continuous steady selling, and then come September, BANG, the final capitulation, panic sell off. Im pretty sure there will be a capitulation stage at some point, im just not sure what the magnitude of it will be. My opinion is it’s best to stay long cash, ready for the final capitulation, it’s scary out there.
