As you have pointed out the difference between 2.5 and 3 cents is immaterial if in the long run (the SP will run post listing). The difference between 2.5 and 3.5 (recent placement) is greater however and more so at 4 cents.
However, the impact on sentiment should be quantified and I think people are forgetting the impact this (2.5 cents CR) might be having on those who may have contemplated converting RYGOB.
So if the SP runs after listing all will be happier and all forgotten.
If it doesn't, the difference between 2.5 and 3 and the negative sentiment it has caused will be material I suspect.
Hopefully there is a decent announcement this quarter to change the sentiment.

I.m.o., one of the major reasons to have the 2.5c CR, instead of higher price, is simply the Company can not have parties to agree on a better term. Giving the current market, a huge discount perhaps is a must to offer to attract buyers to take offer.

Again, if the tech is as good as it sounds and the sp could reflect to the results sooner or latter.
