Is 2016 a year for Tiger?

Someone mentions new thread's heading, i thought it may be time to discuss the future of TGS going forwards.

Well at the beginning of the year, TGS CEO then claimed it will be, 10 months down the track...., we still have two month to go though. If production is solid and on track with the debottlenecking, couples with PoC up, anything (a re-rate) could be possible!
On the hand, if PoC sinks and TGS could not pay debt, what would happen? I noted that on the last ann. they stated 7c (from memory) for the hardcore asset. What would be the likely outcome, Administrators or a low ball TO offer?
