Black television personality Amber Rose, “The media has lied to us about Donald Trump.

Amber Rose Levonchuck (born October 21, 1983)[1] is an American model, rapper, and television personality. She gained attention after she starred in the music video for Young Jeezy's 2008 single "Put On", which featured Kanye West. She began a romantic relationship with West, leading her to model for the Louis Vuitton brand; she then signed a modeling contract with Ford Models. She earned wider recognition as a video vixen[2] in more hip hop videos.[3] After splitting from West in 2010, she dated and in 2013 married rapper Wiz Khalifa, but filed for divorce in 2014. Simon & Schuster then published her book How to Be a Bad Bitch. In 2015 she founded the Los Angeles chapter of the SlutWalk protest march, an annual feminist demonstration founded in Toronto. The next year she hosted her own talk show, The Amber Rose Show, for VH1, and began hosting the syndicated radio call-in program Loveline.

On March 11, 2005, Jeezy was arrested after an alleged shooting with some of his friends in Miami Beach, Florida.[51] He was charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. Prosecutors dropped the charges two months later due to lack of evidence.[52]

On June 18, 2008 in Atlanta, Young Jeezy was arrested for DUI.[53]

On January 4, 2014, Jeezy was arrested for battery, false imprisonment, and terrorist threats, after an alleged fight with his son in September 2012.[56]

On August 24, 2014, Jeezy was arrested before performing at the Irvine, California, stop on the Under The Influence Tour in connection with the deadly shooting two days prior in the backstage area, on another stop of the tour in Mountain View, California. When the police raided Jeezy's tour bus, they found an AK-47 military-style assault rifle and guns on several members of his entourage. Six people, including Jeezy were arrested, because "no one admitted to owning the assault rifle." His bail was set at one million dollars.[57][58]

On August 26, 2014, Jeezy, as well as the five other men he was arrested with, entered not guilty pleas to possession of an illegal assault rifle. Two days later, Jeezy and his associates bonded out.[59] Officers were reportedly told repeatedly that the registered owner of the AK-47 was the tour security chief, who was hospitalized at the time.[60]

Khalifa is open about his use of cannabis, and he has claimed in many interviews that he spends $10,000 a month on cannabis, and also smokes daily.[78] As of early 2014, Khalifa no longer pays for cannabis and is sponsored by The Cookie Company, a medical marijuana dispensary which sells his "Khalifa Kush" (KK) strain, which he partnered with RiverRock Cannabis to create.[79][80] Also, in 2016, Khalifa was featured in a cooking show with Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg where weed was the main ingredient.

In July 2024, Khalifa was arrested in Romania for illegal drug possession following an incident where he smoked cannabis onstage during a concert.[88]

SlutWalk is a transnational movement[1] calling for an end to rape culture, including victim blaming and slut-shaming of sexual assault victims.[2] Participants protest against explaining or excusing rape by referring to any aspect of a woman's appearance.[3] The rallies began on April 3, 2011,[4] in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, after a Toronto Police officer suggested that "women should avoid dressing like sluts"[5][6] as a precaution against sexual assault. Subsequent rallies have occurred globally.[7]

The protest takes the form of a march, mainly by young women, where some dress in clothes considered to be "slutty." The 2011 protest triggered an international protest around the world.[8] In the various SlutWalk events around the world, there are usually speaker meetings and workshops, live music, sign-making sessions, leafleting, open microphones, chanting, dances, martial arts, and receptions or after-parties with refreshments.[1][9] In many of the rallies and online, women speak publicly for the first time about their identity as rape survivors.[10][11] The movement's ideology has been questioned and its methodology criticized by some.[12][13]
