Right so what is "the lowest price permitted under ASX Listing Rule 7.2, Exception 5" ? Anyone can form an opinion on what might be - it might be the issue announcement related price(6th April) or it might be the issuing price (probably around 8 May) but in either case the "at least 80%" comes in.
