I will have a look in detail shortly, but thank you, your explanation clearer. You may be right. I just bought a little CYP at $0.155 as these things always trade down on crappy discounted SPP's as I illustrated on other thread. Its great value to what the Insto's paid for CYP., if nothing else If you are correct, then investors would get better value buying stock in the secondary market right now.....rather than from the company (primary) on the SPP.
Like I said on the other thread, I despise VWAP SPP's. They are mathematically a stupid idea.
