Not many will put their money in because of the ambiguity.
Likely it was sold down to 15.5c by those who's interpretation was that they'll buy at the 5 day vwap.
if OT was one for one with the options 21.5c would be attractive even with the heads at this price.
Not a well planned raise either way.
