I also still think CYP have underestimated the costs of an FDA USA clinical trial without a partner - IMHO they don't have enough for this trial along with keeping the lights on for the duration of said trial and while some will say "oh but the 30 cent options" will provide additional funding ..... well it has to get there and some to entice people to exercise those and something like an FDA approval for GVHD for a competitor in the states in the interim might dampen that enthusiasm if it happens - just sayin'
