We seem to be still in disagreement over the announcement date reference in Exception 2.
We seem to agree the announcement date and the date the issue is actually made both need to be identified - but I don't understand how you can find 19 April as the announcement date and disregard (it seems) that the SPP was referenced by announcements made to the ASX much earlier than that.
I seem to be failing to grasp you distinguishing between a formal and an informal announcement when both have ASX announcements behind them.
Happy to consider anything additional you have - but still think the earlier date I'm using makes more sense. (doesn't matter really whether its end of 3rd April close price or 5th April record date or 6th April - all those are the same share price - but you moving to 19th does make a big difference.
