Is 22c getting a bit silly?, page-15

I tend to agree box hill north. A tough one to stomach today. I am trying to look at the bright side. I was the lucky one getting filled on a sell of some units at the high of 18 cents today I can offset it against some tax gains this year. Also I think a few years ago I would have been sucked into dollar cost averaging and might have doubled up recently around 23 cents before the result. At least I didn't do that but unfortunately wasn't smart enough to to lighten up in the last few weeks, the large persistent selling in the last month or two was on the money. Hopefully this is my only dog of the reporting season, have a few in the portfolio that still to report next week though.

When a property trust has this high leverage though the range of results are very extreme as pointed out. At least with my partial sell and the price being so low now it's a small holding and has stopped giving me a headache now!
