    I agree. I do have a bit of a rule not to average down when a stock falls too much if I am already well set, so haven't bought for awhile. I got in this about 27 cents over a year ago and initially the price action looked good hitting over 35 cents for a little while. A bit perplexing there seems to be a reasonably keen seller the last few months. I can only hope it is not that they know too much but maybe an insto rebalancing after redemptions.

    I thought that the recent refinancing can enhance the prospect from asset sales during this year. Am interested box hill if you know all the details about that? Previously I thought an obstacle for asset sales was certain properties virtually needed to be sold in a group in one bunch. This can be difficult as buyers may not want a combination of properties with varying characteristics.

    Maybe I am wrong though because the share price has been terrible since that refinancing announcement.
