The seller to day was me , I have not sold any for a while , bought at around 4.5 to 5 cents as the GFC unfolded selling as need to have a bit of a war chest with the markets tanking .
Would have sold more but in a way holding some RNY is a good currency arbitrage play for the $US/ $A what is against RNY is the rents are stagnant and the occupancy is not budging over around 88% plus I doubt the govt would now be keen on guaranteeing any loan , that is just my observations and have not done a detailed financial analysis for a while so I may be way off the mark .
