Joshua, The announcement of 21st October was technically incorrect - it stated that the trial was advancing to second patient, which wasnt happening as they did not have approval. The approval as I have stated was not received until sometime around 11th November.
Your statement re ASIC is in my opinion a total joke, I have a number of examples re incorrect announcement which ASIC have not picked up.
Ringing the company is not going to change what the announcement stated
