Short selling can still be done by legal loopholes and they'll still allow it but I don't us getting out this time. Last time QE only delayed the inevitable, but I don't think helicopter money works this time because It doesn't fix the problem. It only delays the inevitable and reduces the purchasing power of money, because we keep drawing money from the future but somehow these geniuses that come up with these brilliant ideas think that it's a great idea. A generation that have yet to be born is going to pay a severe price for our mistakes.
