Dividends are only beneficial for shareholders of companies that generate low rates of return or who have limited opportunities to reinvest profits at high rates of return. RMS is not in either situation and therefore does not benefit shareholders to pay out dividends.
I recognise that many investors don't understand these issues and paying out a dividend can improve the share price stability. However, it is still not in our interests for a dividend to be paid out at this stage.
