Hello,
I have been short xao since friday july 6th due to the weekly MACD bearish cross, also i could clearly see that price had moved too high above the trend line , my initial T.P. target was @ 57.75 but we fell quickly thru that level . This came as a surprise to me as my wave count has still got a big 4---5 to come, now i am watching the monthly MACD which is at a ''touch'' situation, If monthly crosses bear then this will herald a massive fall however the last touch occurred on 26 sept 2006 and kicked price higher , this time the trend line has been broken so even if it kicks on higher again i will assume a slowing down or even a top is looming.
