Maybe you should check out TLG,
they have been looking at graphite since 2012, So far they have only achieved two trial mining operations,
Yet to gain environmental approvals, Mine Approval, currently they are updating there scoping study, No off takes, No finance, no BFS.
IMO they have massive issues with the limited nature of there ore so they are looking at doing underground mining for Graphite, Sounds expensive.
all of this for a MC of over 150mil, Sounds similar to another Tanzania company with a MC of 324 mi built on hopes and dreams.

KNL on the other hand.

We have almost all the approvals required, 100% off take, A larger resource than MNS at a much better grade, All we are waiting for is the updated BFS, sign off of the RAP and finance to be approved.
We even got the local government to build us a bridge.
All of this for a MC of 39mil. sounds cheap to me for a project that has very limited risk.
