In July 2018 Sky and Space Global (UK) Limited received a GBP 289,000 (approximately AUD 0.5M) R&D claim from the HMRC (HM Revenue & Customs) in respect of the qualifying R&D costs, within the meaning of the UK department of Business Innovation and Skills (“BIS” guidelines, and the associated expenditure for the activities carried out during the year ended 30 June 2017.
