I have just gone through the SPP disclosure twice & I dont see anywhere it states anything it being conditional. Very likely your first inital thoughts are valid. But anyone else here know something else, please share.
What are your thoughts on topping this up at $1.78 & the share value re-adjusting itself after the 20 Dec allocation?
