Smart move by IAU. The issue of new shares (63m) represents only a 14.6% dilution of the current share register.
Given the recent disposal of Paulsens (which also added some useful funds for exploration purposes), the total amount of funds available gives them more time to establish the resource estimates and therefore greater leverage when having to raise capital or arrange a JV (or takeover) for full production at the site.
