is a $28 million coldry plant a reality?

At the AGM Ashley said words to the effect
that India Engineering and Fabrication could
cut costings by 50..... Mayby 60%.

I had commented on this previously as possibilities.

If thats the case then ECT are looking at a Fabrication
cost of $28 to $35 million dollars. If the original Plant was costed at $70 million.

So additional costs of say $5 to $10 million
For transport, assemblage and testing.
could be a costing of $33 to $45 million.

Hopefully this is a reality with the Costing Assurance
that YES Bank can provide.

This would mean an ALDP grant of $15 to $25 million
would allow ECT to easily fund the shortfall,
with the planned Option Conversion. Allowing
ECT to self fund $20 million.

Therefore I'd say ECT management are into the
Next stage of Selling Coldry product. The Huge emphasis
would now be applied to cost reduction/ improvement.

Allowing both the DPI and ECT to move forward
With confidence.

I'd say the pressures on for Ashley and crew to
get the final quotes for Fabrication.
Allowing ECT to sell The Coldry Plants to
The DPI and NLC.

I'm hoping that the ESI hot copper members can
