is a big dilution coming ...

How many of you understand the 27th. June ASX release?

For a 20% interest in the North Matanda oilfield PH72 Cameroon CityView need to pay:

US$1.3 million PLUS half of the NPV of a net 20% interest calculated by a leading valuer.

In the same ASX release we see a "ball park" NPV provided of US$450 - US$500 million.

So based on that CityView needs to come up with US$100 million.

That'll be fun considering CityView's very low market cap. Plus the issues with obtaining finance since the sub prime crisis broke out.

Cameroon ... just have a think about it ...

But I wonder if you have already been reassured by someone who is actively buying and selling that this is no issue?
