From the wires: LCL Discovers New Nickel Deposits at Papua New Guinea ProjectJan 24, 202423:06 GMT+11LLCL+10.00%LCL Resources LLCL provided an update on the ongoing exploration work at the firm's Papua New Guinea (PNG) nickel project, saying it has discovered new zones of nickel sulphides at the Iyewe Prospect, which have returned grades of up to 15.78% Ni from outcrops and 19.71% Ni from float samples.Drilling at the project is expected to commence in the April-June, 2024 quarter, according to Tuesday filing.The firm recently raised AU$3 million to meet the emerging PNG project’s exploration expenditure, it added.
No bloody hurry on the drilling.
