I mean....how do you get away with this sort of statement......it's either a lie or professionally negligent? Two weeks apart and two different lines!!
The former chair appears to not have been acting in the interest of shareholders.
"Ms Christian has defended the disclosure of information claiming Humm’s consumer finance business was “not profitable” on May 30 saying the majority directors wanted shareholders to have a complete picture before voting. However, in a statement on June 15, the company said it had turned a profit, dragged lower by investment in overseas expansions."
