nine - do you know when pershing (or black swan) were issued shares.

I am not saying that a CR is required because the share price is not moving in positive direction. The reason I am speculating (or trying to rule out) is that there is some constant selling. This type of selling only happens (in my opinion) when there is an agenda, although I can imagine someone exiting because of their strategy. I am trying to determine whether there is an agenda.
