what source?
no question that Yoy Lang - with its own mine is amongst the cheapest in the country for coal generators... but I am curious where you are getting the numbers from.
Telstra already have some of the cheapest PPAs in Australia... as one of the largest users of electricity in Australia, I have very little doubt in their ability to safely management their PPA supply to a customer (and own) demand.
