I agree, 2023 is more like it, Govt trying to work out how to get power costs down would delay any serious interest. But AGL is getting stronger by the day balance sheet wise and old lower priced contracts rolling off that will increase free cashflow and profit straight away leading into 2024 etc.
Sit back collect the dividends and wait for Shell and TLS etc make plays for AGL, it's a no brainer it will get taken out
