Well I'm a PowerShop customer for 2 properties and I'd like TLS to sod off. Powershop have decent customer service based in NZ and a decent mobile app, these clowns would probably ship customer service to Asia and try to integrate the app into the dogs' breakfast that is the Telstra digital footprint.
