@raiderup; I've lost count of how just many times failures in NSW have seeded infections in Victoria' ... it's obscene!
The time has come for Victoria to adopt McGowan and Gunners' approach - rapid shutting of borders, grounding of planes and turnarounds of those already in the sky. No more warnings to cross-border runners by people from hot spots like Greater Sydney => jail them until the outbreak has finished.
