Robworld - I'm with you on this one. The best outcome for SH would be to sell the company and get the cash. The Board clearly stated in the previous vote that they would pass on most of the proceeds if they sold the asset leaving "some" funds behind to fund on going exploration. I think few would have an appetite to be a shareholder in a company holding early stage exploration prospects in The Philippines - considering the problems we have had in capitalising on a world class deposit such as Tampakan!
