i think it will be an easy sell to brokers
doing a little bit of research and their 107mt abuts MDL 162 (220mt) which was acquired by Macarthur back in August for $300m+
Whilst deeper than MDL 162, coking coal prices have come a long way since then and I would imagine valuations are signficantly higher too. There is also potential for shallow coal seams to the north
should be worth a lot more than $40m its trading at IMO
and thats just one of their tenements
