My preference would be competing TO offer.
FAR, with 15% or possibly less than 15% stake in the JV would need to have an extremely good reason to proceed to development by acquiring debt. Given that the successful drilling is de-risking its assets a dip into debt financing would raise the risk levels. I would be uncomfortable with my current holding. I bought another 100,000 shares at 0.11 on Friday Cheers
