That sounds like DoC will in fact trigger the exploitation phase.

But this also seems to mean that the exploration areas outside of the nominated exploitation area will be lost sometime in 2017 under the current agreement?? My understanding from early last year was that CNE at least wanted to have a good look around (outside of SNE) to optimise a development strategy and they haven't done that yet, in which case they would want to delay DoC until they were happy with that strategy. Surely given the current progress further extensions could be negotiated, this is all getting to hard for me - again lets pass it on to OOO for the meeting
