They have addressed issue with a 3 year approved evaluation program.
However, I await CNE Annual Report for their assessment of this risk and the mitigation thereof from actions in 2015.
It is due by the end of this month and they tend to be a little more illuminating than FAR.
Once COP becomes operator then the PSC will be made public under SEC listing requirements like Kosmos when they farmed into Senegal.
