colin, pb sounds very confidant that the deal is going ahead, just going through the red tape. but the market works on its not a done deal untill cash is in the bank. on the other side the sp at the moment is at the level it was before the deal was announced, also before the demo plant flowed liquid, before the sapex deal, etc
