    ONE THING YOU GUYS HAVE NOT CONSIDERED IS THAT THE $4.03 WAS THE PRICE WHEN AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS WAS INITIALLY MADE, AND THE SHARE PRICE HAS SINCE FALLEN. tHE AGREED FIGURES STILL STAND THOUGH AS AND WHEN MADE.
