I started buying PDN just over 12 months ago expecting a U price recovery in ~ 12 months. I accumulated despite speaking with a person who was on the Review of Nuclear Energy in Australia who thought a recovery in U was not certain but if it came was 18 months away. The bullishness of ERA and PDN proved to be misguided and ERA has now admitted this PDN would privately admit this too and this is the simplest reason for their poor SP performance.

I am down in cash (i.e. excluding opportunity cost) ~ 18% on PDN and that included profitable trades on PDN. As I posted before I was also well and truly Fukishimaed on ERA down ~ 76% (realised cash loss excluding considerable opportunity / holding costs). When you are on a good thing stick to it and the reverse is also true.
