I believe so. price is going up. Insiders who know it (but may or may not know the content)buying in heavily again. I feel very weak against them. Bad luck. I am an investor, don't like playing games. I blame management for this situation, no one else. I still belive there is a huge reserve there, one way or the other it will be extracted (the prospect was shown and regarded on all WPL maps). Good luck and be patient.
