Is a S249D coming to throw out the board?

Shows sometimes you need to read the detail... something completely bipassed me till someone with a bit more attention to detail picked up some worrying wording in todays announcement. Looks like we have a S249D coming.. lets wait and see what the reasoning is.. but if there is.. 9.2% is a good start.. and likely they have already been in contact with other large hodlers to ensure it has grounds and that it will be supported.
