We've literally been shouting it out since the launch date, I am not sure how much louder we can be. If a director/CEO can't see the ratings on the app store and Google play then they need to have a long hard look at their position and move on to something else. They should be using/testing the apps themselves - it's the core of their business....
It's like releasing a vehicle that you haven't even driven/tested frequently. Makes no sense.
