Well I think it doesn't matter whether we love or hate Ward, before taking sides on the matter we need to know what charges he got against the two board members he has issues with, the fact he was able to convince another major investor indicates there is something strongly in favour of Ward, he needs to speak / write openly about what he thinks wrong with existing boards plan & spending and course correction he would like to see.
